Overview

In an effort to bring cost savings to our members and to make the process of purchasing products and services as simple as possible, CCPA Purchasing Partners (CCPAPP) has partnered with only the most reputable vendors in a wide range of service areas. From vaccines and medical supplies to answering services and temporary staffing, CCPAPP has a portfolio of vendor contracts that we are confident will meet the needs of your practice. Our Vendor Summary outlines the benefits and services offered by our vendor partners.

Once you become a member of CCPA Purchasing Partners, your practice will have access to all of our vaccine and vendor contracts. Members may view CCPAPP's vaccine and vendor pricing at any time on our website under the Vendor & Vaccines Pricing page.

It is optional for members to participate in any of CCPAPP's vaccine or vendor contracts and members may opt in or out of contracts at any time.

For each of our partner vendors, there is a specific individual (or in some cases two or three individuals) from the company that has been assigned to manage our members' accounts. These vendor representatives are listed along with their contact information on the CCPA Purchasing Partners Vendor Reference. Members may call or email these individuals at any time with questions or for more information regarding the products and/or services that their company offers. When your practice joins CCPAPP, we send notice to our specific vendor contacts informing them that your practice is eligible to receive our contracted pricing. In order to begin participating with a partner vendor, you must call or email our vendor representative directly. When speaking with our vendor representative, you must mention that you are a member of CCPAPP so that they can confirm your membership in our organization and proceed to link you to our pricing. In some cases, you may be issued login information by a vendor for a site created specifically for members of CCPAPP. Once you are set up with a vendor, you will place orders directly with that vendor, not with CCPAPP.

Please note that if you work with a vendor representative other than the individual listed on our Vendor Contacts Reference Guide we cannot guarantee that you will be linked to CCPAPP's contract and receive our special pricing.

Please also note that certain vendors require additional paperwork before your practice can be linked up to CCPAPP's contracted pricing. With the exception of Merck, Sanofi Pasteur, and McKesson, you must contact the vendor for this paperwork and submit it to the vendor directly.

For Merck and Sanofi Pasteur, required paperwork can be accessed on our Vaccine Forms page. McKesson paperwork can be found on our Vendor Forms page. Please submit these forms directly to the vendors and alert CCPAPP once they have been submitted. Forms may be returned at the time your practice's membership application is returned or at the time your practice chooses to participate.
