CCPAPP and Pfizer would like to provide our members with another update as it relates to Pfizer's response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. As you may recall, Pfizer implemented a temporary payment terms adjustment extension for Prevnar 13® (Pneumococcal 13-valent Conjugate Vaccine [Diphtheria CRM197 Protein]) and Trumenba® (Meningococcal Group B Vaccine) which became effective on March 26, 2020.

Effective April 29, 2020, Pfizer has announced an additional payment terms adjustment extension for these vaccines. All open invoices dated January 1, 2020 or later for Pfizer vaccines purchased directly through Pfizer will have payment due dates automatically extended to August 31, 2020 or receive 75-day payment terms, whichever is later.

No action is required from our members and no new invoices will be issued; members may simply make note of the updated payment due date on your current invoices. This change also applies to all NEW orders placed directly through Pfizer either online at primevaccines.pfizer.com or via Pfizer Customer Service between today and August 31, 2020. The 2% prompt-pay discount will continue to apply to payments made within these terms. Please be aware that this extension in payment terms on past invoices could result in multiple invoices coming due at the same time.

Please review Pfizer's Customer Letter Dated April 29 2020 regarding this temporary extension as well as further details regarding Pfizer's ongoing plan to battle Covid-19. Please also review How Pfizer is Responding and  contact your Pfizer Vaccines Territory Manager or call Pfizer Customer Service at 1.800.666.7248 with any questions. CCPAPP-Pfizer pricing for Trumenba can be found on the Pricing Page of our website. Members will need their username and password to access the information. Please note: CCPAPP's partnership with Pfizer is for discounted pricing on the Trumenba vaccine; CCPAPP does not have an agreement in place with Pfizer for Prevnar 13.

For assistance or further questions regarding this update, please contact CCPAPP at info@ccpapp.org or by phone at 312.227.7444. We wish all of our members the best as you continue to work through this challenging time.
