CCPAPP and Merck would like to provide our members with an update as it relates to Merck's response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Effective immediately, all open invoices for Merck vaccines purchased by customers through MerckVaccines.com, MerckOrders.com, or Merck Vaccine Customer Center beginning January 7, 2020 through April 6, 2020 will have 30 days added to their existing payment terms. No action is required on your part. A new invoice will not be issued; therefore, we recommend you simply make note of the additional 30 days to pay on your current invoice.

Additionally, all NEW orders placed by customers on Merckvaccines.com, MerckOrders.com, or through Merck Vaccine Customer Center as of today, April 6, 2020 through May 6, 2020 will have an additional 30-day payment term extension, for a total of 120 days to pay with the 2% prompt pay discount. Please note that Merck vaccines ordered through a distributor or other source may not qualify for this extension. You must contact your distributor directly to inquire about payment terms.

Please review Merck's Customer Letter Dated April 6, 2020  regarding this temporary extension. Please contact your Merck Vaccines Sales Representative with any questions you may have, or contact the Merck Vaccines Customer Center at 877.VAX.MERCK (877.829.6372) for additional assistance. CCPAPP-Merck pricing can be found on the Pricing Page of our website. Members will need their username and password to access the information.

For assistance or further questions regarding this update, please contact CCPAPP at info@ccpapp.org or by phone at 312.227.7444. We wish all of our members the best during this challenging time!
