McKesson Update and Customer Letter (March 18, 2020) Regarding COVID-19

CCPA Purchsasing Partners (CCPAPP) and McKesson would like to provide an additional update as it relates to McKesson's response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Due to the unprecedented volume of order processing by McKesson's systems, distribution centers, and team members, McKesson is working to prioritize their technology services to ensure order processing capabilities continue.

Please review the Customer Letter from McKesson Medical-Surgical President, Stanton McComb, for further details and contact your McKesson Account Executive or CCPAPP with any questions.

Please also be reminded that given the surge in demand for PPE items and McKesson's relative inability to receive resupply, McKesson currently has critically low inventory or stock out of select PPE items. For this reason, they have made the following difficult decisions to help manage demand and support healthcare providers: 
 
• McKesson has stopped selling PPE items in short supply to resellers and consumer websites

• McKesson has stopped taking orders for PPE items from new customers 

• McKesson is allocating the supply of select items to existing customers
