McKesson Update and Customer Letter (March 11, 2020) Regarding COVID-19

CCPA Purchasing Partners (CCPAPP) and McKesson would like to provide our members with an update as it relates to McKesson's response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. McKesson continues to work diligently to ensure their customers have what they need to care for their patients and to remain protected on a daily basis. 

For members ordering from McKesson, please review the Customer Letter from Stanton McComb, President, McKesson Medical Surgical and contact your McKesson Account Executive or CCPAPP with any questions. Also, the following information may be helpful to know during this time:

  • Allocation details will be visible in McKesson's ordering portal, Supply Manager Online, beginning this weekend
  • McKesson appreciates your patience as their systems have seen an unprecedented increase in volume causing slowness and the inability to view pricing at times
  •  McKesson's distribution centers and delivery systems are running as usual
  • For questions or assistance, your McKesson Medical Surgical Account Executive should remain your main point of contact; If you do not have an Account Executive, please contact Kristen Boniface, Area Sales Manager for McKesson, at 773.621.4468
