CCPAPP would like to remind members of the many tools and resources offered by McKesson to assist with ordering, reporting, managing inventory, analyzing  spend, and performing many other tasks associated with the management of your medical supplies!

Place Orders on the Go

With Mobile Manager, members can place orders anywhere with a smart phone or tablet. Members can also access purchasing lists and enforce approval rules.

Reports and Account Details When Members Need Them

Spend and usage reports are vital in managing inventory and costs. With McKesson’s budget and spend management tools, members can control orders with approval rules and spend limits. Members can also track and evaluate spend and materials usage and access account details including invoices and shipment information.

Access Important Information Every Day

Members may look to SupplyManager for updates and information on material safety data sheets (MSDS), Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), or infection prevention. SupplyManager provides documentation to fulfill regulatory requirements. With detailed financial reporting and analytics, members have the tools to run a more efficient business.

Based on order history, Switch & Save shows  members lower cost alternatives while placing an order.

Reduce Errors and Manage Inventory

McKesson ScanManagerSM offers members the speed and convenience of bar code technology. Members can scan the product bar code and have the order go directly to SupplyManager.  McKesson ScanManagerSM also allows members to efficiently take a physical inventory count (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.) of product purchased through McKesson and other vendors.

Additionally, McKesson Inventory Manager is an easy-to-use, multi-vendor inventory management solution. Using barcode technology, McKesson’s web-based solution provides practices with tools and functionality to help reduce and manage supplies cost, improve staff efficiency, and streamline manual processes – all in one place.
