Non-CCPAPP/ISMS member: $115.00

Please note:

Practice Administrators and other Staff members belonging to the practice of a CCPAPP or ISMS member are eligible for the discounted rate as well. Please check "CCPAPP/ISMS member" when completing the registration form below.

Group Rates are available for practices registering 3 or more attendees. Please call 312.227.7437 to register your group. Group rates are not available on-line; registrations must be made over the phone in order to receive the discounted rate.

Hotel Accommodations:

If you are traveling from out of the area, we welcome you to take advantage of our discounted room rate with the Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel located at 6501 North Mannheim Road, Rosemont, IL  60018.
